Today I went for my follow up medical tests, check up and prognosis. Overall everything came out to be pretty ok. I still need to take care of my fatty liver which can lead to it’s hardening and cancer. So I have more medication and new health routine from my caring doctor today. Henry, Ethan and Seng Piow as usual has made my medical trip easy and pleasant and I do appreciate their very kind assistance very much.
I will take care of my health. With good health I can do more dharma to serve others. It’s an easy equation to figure out. Others are more important, so I need to take even better care of my health and heal to serve others. Simple. And I will.
